How It Began
A short(ish) history of two people, told in four chapters.
The Meeting
We grew up an ocean apart — Elisa in France, Zack in New Jersey. Two strangers in the Lower East Side, one evening in June 2023 — the start of something neither of us saw coming.
The Proposal
Two years on, a trip back to the south of France turned into the moment that mattered most. In Nice, in August 2025, Zack asked — and the answer was OUI!
Already Married
With the wedding in France still two years off, we made it official a little early — quietly, with Henry as our witness, at Brooklyn City Hall in September 2025. A first wedding, of sorts, before the real party.
The Celebration
Now comes the part with everyone we love. On 14 August 2027, in a château with a few hundred years on us, we'll celebrate properly — and we want you there with us.
